Our Services

By law, it remains incumbent on the Homeowners’ Association and their Board to ensure that they are providing a residential building that is safe, sound, structural risk free, habitable, and financially sound.

Hiring certified and experienced professionals might cost more for now but it will save you from costly repairs. Plus, it will ensure the safety of whoever will occupy or use the structure.

As a certified building envelope consultant, we provide our knowledge, training, experience, and understanding of proper design and construction practices as related to your building envelope, including roofs, exterior walls and windows/doors.

We conduct, with reasonable diligence, a visual inspection identifying and recording any signs of structural defects, damages, distress, deformation, or deterioration e.g., cracks, excessive deflection, connection failure, instability, floor settlement, foundation settlement, tilt, spalling concrete, corrosion of steel, termite infestation, dry & wet rot timber, etc

Routine property inspections are a vital part of managing inherent risks in a homeowners or condo association. Ensuring timely and high-quality inspections increases the level of safety for the residents, lowers the risk of expensive repairs and costly lawsuits, and protects property values throughout the community.

We will design and develop bid documents and specifications to best meet the resolution of issues observed during the inspections. We will provide construction administration and inspection to resolve construction issues, maintain construction schedule, and verify that the Contractor meets the project requirements.

A structural inspection helps in confirming the integrity of the weight bearing components of a structure such as foundations, columns, beams, and slabs.  Using visual inspections, non-destructive testing, and limited destructive testing our structural engineers can diagnose and determine the extent of any structural issues/damage.

If you are looking for a firm to design a new marina/boat basin or to renovate an existing one, you have found a company with extensive knowledge and experience. We are familiar with the permitting process required by the cities, Corp of Engineers, the Alabama Department of State Lands, and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
